Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your installation dates. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of installation.
Light Ownership
All rental lights remain the property of Star Night Lights. Customers do not own the lights and are responsible for their safekeeping during installation.
Warranty
We provide a one-season warranty on all materials and workmanship. This includes maintenance for normal bulb failures and connection issues that occur during the season.
Maintenance & Support
Star Night Lights provides maintenance for normal bulb failures and connection issues during the season at no additional charge. This service is included with all installations.
Damage & Weather
Damage caused by storms, vandalism, pets, or work performed by other contractors may incur additional charges. We recommend discussing weather-related concerns during your consultation.
Removal & Scheduling
Removal dates are scheduled after the holiday season based on weather conditions and our routing. Lights are typically removed in January. Customers should provide at least 48 hours notice for scheduling changes.
Power & Access
Customers are responsible for providing accessible outdoor power sources for our technicians. If accessible power is not available, additional charges may apply.
Quotes & Estimates
All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of consultation and may be subject to change if project scope changes.
Liability
Star Night Lights is fully insured. All work is performed by licensed, insured technicians trained in safety procedures. Customers assume responsibility for property access and are encouraged to discuss any concerns before work begins.
Communication
Important updates regarding your installation, maintenance, or removal will be communicated via phone, email, or text as provided during your consultation.
